"Very good"
The hotel was tucked away behind some shops and it was a very nice hotel. The staff were very helpful and ingood communication with the guests. It was very clean and a lot posher than I imagined it would be.Veronica the host was very good at her job.

A peaceful place with the view on the balcony. Big house with breakfast served downstairs (mezzanine). The room was big and clean even if the bathroom was not super modern. Really comfortable and functional.The staff was adorable

I had a late flight so I called the manager(Vero) and she was just amazing! Since it was my first stay, I wasn’t sure I would like the room so I asked to see the room first before checking in, just in case I didn’t like it. Vero was VERY accommodating. She gave me a tour of the room which was to my surprise very comfortable. Once I checked in, shad some lovely tea and fruits for me brought to my room since it was late and the kitchen was closed. The next morning I had room service breakfast which had a variety of yummy items including fruits and juice etc at no extra charge for either the breakfast or the room service. I had my breakfast at the balcony which had the perfect lil breeze. Thank you so much Vero! I would definitely stay at this establishment again

Bed - comfy Room - clean Shower - good hot water Wifi - great Staff - could not have been more amazing! I arrived in the early hours of the morning and they were extremely helpful. Location - I was only there one night, flight the next morning so I can’t really comment. I didn’t see much of Arusha. It is opposite the road from triple A nightclub, but you do not hear the club. Just some street noise. I would definitely stay again.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, the environment is clean, however the first floor is not safe for children.
